Prior to joining the College Board, Gini was a faculty counselor at a technical college in the Minnesota State College and University system, assisting a diverse student population in meeting their educational goals.  Gini earned her Master’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin- River Falls, and her Juris Doctor degree from Hamline-Mitchell College of Law.
