Mr. Fine oversees the DSST Credit-by-Exam Program at Prometric. Mr. Fine provides leadership for the program by supporting DSST’s strategic mission and vision which help students achieve college credit and accomplish educational goals by offering a cost-effective, time-saving program. He manages relationships with likeminded organizations, college and universities, and the military. Mr. Fine brings extensive experience to his position, having worked in the educational testing and certification industry for more than ten years.
